The purpose of this booklet is to prove that the patriarch Enoch and the prophet Elijah are not examples of men who have died and are now alive in heaven. It will be proven that Enoch is not a type of the "pre-tribulation rapture" of the Body of Christ at the end of this dispensation.  That Elijah was not taken to heaven in a fiery chariot thereby escaping death.  And finally that these two men are not the "Two Witnesses" of the Book of Revelation, chapter 11:3-12.  These two men do not have immortal souls and they are not examples of men who do.

In our last paper we were considering The Lie - Satan's great lie which men have used to help build Man's Great Lie - The Indestructible Human Soul. For you see, after much time spent studying this subject over the years, I am just not sure that Satan was trying to teach that blackest of black falsehoods. Keep in view what he was working to accomplish here. He wanted both Adam and Eve dead. The earth had been his domain prior to his overthrow, now this earthling is in view to take over and this must be prevented. He was lying to Eve to get rid of her knowing that the Lord God does always honor His own word. He had said to them that on the day that they "eatest thereof they would die" - be dying, dead. Satan fully expected that end result.

Yes, the one Spirit of Truth has given mankind all The Bible, and all of it was given to "profit" all man - not one word of it was intended to be unprofitable, for even one man, - yet, the sad response of man, has been most regrettable, oh, yes a precious few, percentage wise have profited much, some even having received "life" in Christ Jesus, and the sure hope of living in "Resurrection" on the "New Earth", and some men have even gained the Lord's favor and are to rule and reign with Him in The Messianic Kingdom, and some, having answered the Lord's calling unto a position and a portion in the Holy City New Jerusalem have profited greatly.
